FAQ
Do we get all of the photos?
Yes! Well, sort of. You will receive an edited version of all of the good photographs taken. The only ones I ever leave out the ones that are blurry, blinky, or if I just so happened to catch you at an awkward angle. Trust me, you wouldn't want those anyway!
What about the RAW files?
I do not make RAW files available to clients. When you hire me, you are also hiring the editing skills that I have been fine-tuning over the last decade.
Should we hire a second photographer?
For years I primarily shot weddings as a one-man-band. I pretty much have a wedding day photo schedule down to a T so that we don't miss a single important moment.
Having said that, having a second shooter is the best! It makes the day so smooth and effortless, and it's always great to have that extra coverage. I have several amazing people that I love working with and am always excited to have them on board should you opt to have one.
My packages do not include the cost of a second shooter, but it can be added à la carte! The photographers I work with range from $30-$50 an hour when working as the second shooter. Couples can elect to have partial or full coverage from a second shooter on their wedding day.
I highly recommend hiring a second shooter for weddings with 150+ guests.
Do you travel?
Yes! I am available to travel and love any chance to get out of town for a few days.

Will we meet before the wedding?
I always like to sit down with clients before a wedding so I can get to know them and what their vision is for their day.
For clients local to Northeast Tennessee, we can meet up and grab a cup of coffee, some ice-cream, or even a beer. Whatever floats your boat! If you aren't local, we'll have a virtual cup over Zoom!
Are you available for elopements?
Yes, yes, YES. Elopements will always be a favorite of mine. Feel free to reach out about my elopement packages.
Do you offer any sessions outside of weddings?
Yes! I am available for casual portraits, headshots, maternity, engagement, senior, and family sessions.
